If your tracking number isn’t working, ensure it’s entered correctly or contact support for assistance.
Our shipment fees are to be exclusively taken care of by the receiver right after the shipment has been registered with us or after the consignment has been shipped to its destination.
Please note that all awaiting payment consignments will incur extra charges for security and demurrages after 5 business days of awaiting payment.
